Acceptable Location, Disappointing Room Condition

dusty roomgreasy fingerprints
The room cleanliness was not good. It had dust. There were greasy fingerprints on the chair and shower door. I showed some photos to the hotel, and I was offered a free room upgrade for my next visit, but I already paid for an upgrade, so this wasn't helpful. The breakfast and location were good, but that did not compensate for the dirty room.

The location is very convenient with the train station close by. Breakfast offered a lot of choices and the setting downstairs worked well for calls.
The air con only allows adjustments of two degrees (i like a REALLY cold room). The toilet rolls were not always replaced, which required a request at reception.

The location was pretty good. It's near the central train station.
The room service was not good. My room was not cleaned . Staff only made the bed and emptied trash. They did not refill instant coffee or body wash. I wish I had known that I needed to request refills.
