The staff was very helpful and accommodating I really appreciate it! The location is amazing close to shops and the beach and I found everything convenient. My room was generally clean also very spacious I enjoyed my stay a lot.

I did find very slight stain on the carpet that was my only negative point.

Check-in was efficient and friendly the staff provided clear information regarding hotel amenities. The reception is staffed 24/7, great for late arrivals or early departures I felt really secure. Staff promptly addressed requests.

fantastic location and amazing staff!!!

The room i stayed in was undeniably clean. The bathroom also maintained that standard of cleanliness. the beds offered amazing comfort. Both my husband and i had a restful sleep. when i checked in, the staff welcomed me. I particularly appreciated the excellent customer service from sebastian and ajeesh. They were really good.

I noticed slight fingerprints on the mirrors. the lack of an open bar or restaurant was a little disappointing.

a bit rough around the edges

The location was acceptable. It was close to the beach.

The room smelled strongly of smoke (even though i requested a non-smoking one). the bathroom tiles were cracked and loose. I nearly tripped. also, the noise from the street kept me awake most of the night. it was like living inside a drum, i tell you.
