The staff was friendly and looked after us so well. the food was great, and i had a lovely breakfast. my room was spacious and very comfortable, with a very good ensuite bathroom! the bathroom was spacious and clean. Towels were provided. there was a kettle and hot drinks in the room, too!!!
I found no choice of white or brown bread. I think this would be a nice addition.

we enjoyed the easy walk to the town centre and beachfront.. it was very convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful . breakfast included good value pub meals, satisfying, and the large room was comfortable and clean.

The staff were friendly. Breakfast included a selection of options and tasted nice. A bus stop is situated opposite the hotel. It offers transport to Exeter and surrounding areas.
The bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The plug hole in the washbasin was broken. The support for the shower head was also broken.
