stylish stay

the breakfast provided excellent variety and taste, a good way to start each day. our room was clean with a nice view. it also was warmly decorated and met all our needs. the bathroom was well-designed and of sufficient size.

A techno party on the roof limited the use of facilities. There was considerable noise past 10pm. the final bill was never forwarded, even after a request. the manager of customer experience was quite rude. my complaints about the hotel were not properly addressed.

All requests were handled efficiently. the concierge service provided helpful information and assistance with local attractions. This improved the travel experience. housekeeping maintained perfect standards of cleanliness throughout my stay.
