the room had a double room garden VIEW. The staff gave tips and dinner suggestions. The hotel restaurant had a good menu and a nice breakfast selection.

the gym IS minuscule and have poor equipment.

lovely loungers complimentary chocolates spacious bathroom breakfast selection

the hotel has a beautiful pool with lovely loungers. our spacious bedroom included free water and complimentary chocolates. i liked the spacious bathroom, complete with a great shower. breakfast in the dining room was the best experience of my stay (i loved the selection).

The room service menu did not appeal to me. It lacked quick, easy meal options.

the bed was comfy. some decorative features are nice.

the location is not great, it is outside of the main area and off the road. walking back at night felt a bit isolated. wi-fi didn't work the first evening here.

The hotel staff gave us a guided tour upon arrival. They detailed the Palace's restoration. We received a gift in the room because of our special occasion. The breakfast room in the old part was fine.

The pool was small with few sunbeds. I also found limited storage space.

Really good Stay, Beautiful and Clean

amazing food clean interior nice experience

The breakfast buffet was amazing, with delicious food. I appreciated the beautiful and clean interiors throughout the hotel. The overall design and feel of the hotel created a nice experience. Parking was easy, located right next door.

The air conditioning in the room was not effective (which was a major drawback).

The front desk staff offered a warm greeting and proved very accommodating . Sofia eagerly helped me with numerous questions and restaurant reservations. I am thankful for that. Paolo greeted us with a smile and helped with luggage.
