excellent staffbad plumbingdisappointing spa
the staff was excellent and the breakfast was too. it was super clean in rooms.
the bathroom had bad plumbing. water didn't run away from the basin. it was difficult to regulate the water temperature in the bath. the spa was disappointing in the female area. the sauna worked but i had to sit in the dark, and the door didn't close properly.

The breakfast was really good, it had a wide variety. The staff helped with directions. My room had a comfortable bed, I slept well. I did appreciate the onsite parking. This made things easy. I would come back for another stay.
The gym opening hours was limited during the weekend, it closed earlier.

breakfast was rich, i found many options. front desk staffs was helpful. rooftop bar has good drinks, i watched the sunset from up there. i enjoyed the spacious room, the bed was comfy.
the location is a bit far from the centre, i needed transportation.

The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly those working at the valet service. That was appreciated.
The smell in the lobby was overpowering. It smelled like cheap cologne and gave me a headache. the small pool was also a problem. It felt crowded with just a few people using it. the manager did not care about the food poisoning i got after breakfast. That was frustrating.
