The room i booked, a 'classic room', was far smaller than i anticipated. luggage space was virtually nonexistent. also, the minibar was sparsely stocked. I expected more variety for a hotel of this supposed caliber. i found the limited selection rather disappointing considering the price point.

fantastic getaway in the heart of it all

The location was unbeatable. It was easy to walk to all the main attractions. i also appreciated the breakfast buffet, it had a large selection of items. directions to the car park were clear, and i was able to easily find a spot. the staff members were really helpful and friendly, always available to answer questions.
the room did seem to lack some soundproofing, as i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms. i would have liked it to be a bit quieter, but it didn't ruin my experience completely.

The reception staff provided prompt assistance. the concierge offered useful recommendations for local restaurants. housekeeping ensured the room was clean. turndown service included fresh towels and chocolates. It was a sweet touch.

The spa included a sauna and steam room. the fitness center had several cardio machines, like three treadmills and two bikes. We made good use of it. a quiet courtyard provided a relaxing space. free wi-fi was available throughout the hotel.

the staff was kind. the location was very convenient.
The fitness room disappointed me. It seemed small and contained old equipment. the pool felt more like a large tub than a proper swimming area. also, water in the room cost 8 euros. I find that a bit much when many places offer it for free.

the rooms were clean and nicely decorated it was easy to relax the staff provided excellent service they were friendly and helpful the location is perfect right in the heart of the district it offered easy access to shops and restaurants.
i booked a room that connected to a couple with a baby it turned out to be a nightmare the insulation between the walls was subpar i could hear their conversations our stay was greatly impacted by the constant noise the room was infested with ants.
