Really good Service and Delicious Food

The staff provided great service when we had to make an emergency journey. They kept the kitchen open after hours and prepared a fresh meal for our anniversary celebration. The hotel is beautiful, with really kind staff. The fresh milk delivered and the brownies provided were nice touches.
The decoration was a little tired in areas. There were several broken tiles in the bathroom. I hope they address this soon.

Our room was nicely decorated and included a comfy bed and a huge bath. Fresh bathroom amenities were provided, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. I slept soundly.

My daughter and I enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The staff's warm care and considerate communication really stood out. Their attention to our needs and thoughtful responses left a lasting impression on both of us.
The hallway door outside our room made an loud banging sound. It seems like a soft-close mechanism needs installing to remedy this problem, hopefully.

the hallway door just outside the room was loud. it needs a soft-close mechanism. i could hear neighbors arguing through the doors. breakfast food quality was low, and the coffee was also low quality.

The walls felt thin. There was some noise from the road. sleep quality suffered as a result. the price felt high considering this discomfort.
