I found the staff to be quite friendly. The breakfast offered a good selection (I particularly enjoyed the pastries). The room had a generous size and a very comfortable bed.
My room smelled of cigarettes. The smell of sewage coming from the bathroom became stronger throughout the night. It made it hard to sleep.

The cooked breakfast was very tasty. i managed to park onsite and felt secure. as a single traveler, this was especially important to me! the staff was friendly too. I appreciated the easy check-in process.

the rooms are not particularly soundproof. i could hear music from the pub until late. it made it hard to sleep before i adjusted to it.

The breakfast I had was good.
The room felt a bit drab and dark for me. I heard a lot of traffic noise, so secondary double glazing is a must. Stairs and hallways were not inviting because of scuffs and rips.

the room i stayed in could use some updating. the bathroom was dated, though the shower had good hot water. the glass shelf above the wash basin made it awkward to use.
