The staff were cute. Free parking and breakfast were definite bonuses. The lovely garden was perfect for the little one to play. The family sized room worked well for us.

The room I had wasn't great. The one double was twice the size of another. I paid a similar price for both rooms, still. Room 10 overlooked the front car park and road. I couldn't open the curtains without being seen.

i found the check-in and check-out process very efficient. the staff were helpful and accommodating, promptly addressing all queries i had. i appreciated the hotel's convenient location, close to transport links. there was free parking available, a feature i always value.

the soundproofing could have been better, as i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.
