the room was super clean with extra amenities. the staff were friendly. the breakfast had great variety available, i liked it. the location is great!
The stairs to the hotel outside aren't great for anyone. They were steep. the only access to the hotel is through the bar. parking isn't great at the weekends. It gets busy.

i noticed one of the bins hadn't been emptied before i arrived, a bit of a letdown.

the staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast was good and the family meal booked for tuesday evening was very nice.
when attempting to shower in the morning we managed, eventually to get water, but when it came to a second shower, nothing! no water despite leaving the shower valve open for about an hour.
