Charming Stay with Excellent Food

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was top quality, especially the breakfast which was made to order. I also appreciated the free car park even with the birds above. Staff assisted in resolving the mess created on my car. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough I had an overnight stay with breakfast included.

The entranceway and stairs to the room need new decor. The carpet was grubby. This did not give a good first impression.

The room had comfortable furnishings. The bed was comfortable. The room was also spotlessly clean allowing for a perfect night's sleep so I enjoyed my stay.

the breakfast had fresh choices and it offered plenty.

The carpet leading to the bedroom had a horrible stain. owners need to address this. the hotel advertises as dog friendly, but not in the restaurant. This created an annoyed atmosphere. just saying dogs are welcome in the bar area will avoid confusion.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. THEY went the extra mile for us. I felt very welcome and the room was spacious. It was also well-equipped.

The room was small with a cramped bathroom. Tired furnishings needed replacement. I noticed there were no accessible 13A plug sockets.
