Excellent Stay Near Moorgate

George at breakfast made our mornings wonderful with his kindness. He suggested many secret spots around the city. Thanks to these recommendations, we had a more authentic experience. The staff was chatty and the building had beautiful chandeliers. Our room had a comfortable bed and pillows. The simple shower was powerful. The location was convenient, only five minutes from Moorgate station. This made getting around very easy. The room was quiet, despite being on a main road.

the breakfast offered many choices, it was wonderful. the room was quite spacious, with lots of amenities available for use. the location was perfect for visiting the barbican. it was a short walk.
the kettle was not working at all. the bathroom fixtures felt loose, they felt worn. the toiletries were secured to the wall, it was like a cheaper hotel. i found this inconvenient when trying to take a bath.

The staff was helpful with directions and local recommendations. The room included tea and biscuit selection, and fresh water was provided daily. The in-room safe was spacious enough for all our valuables.
The room was quite warm, and adjusting the thermostat didn't seem to change the temperature much. It was a minor inconvenience! though.

The breakfast buffet featured a great selection (i loved the fresh pastries!). staff were always helpful. They accommodated any extra requests i had. i was moved to the main building, resulting in a more central location .
i found an extra heater in the room made it a bit too warm .
