family room had a good size, with space for two adults plus two kids. this room was very quiet even though it faced leidseplein. staff members were polite to all guests. breakfast had great options and the location was superb.

the staff displayed great professionalism and attentiveness. the hotel is a short walk from the tram that goes to central station and the rijksmuseum. the hotel also sits near many lovely restaurants with outdoor seating (a great way to pass the time). comfortable beds contribute to a relaxing stay.

the hotel includes a nice on-site restaurant with an extensive menu. presence of a washing machine and dryer proved very convenient, especially after long days spent exploring. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.
