the room was spacious enough and the parking on site was convenient.

i found the noise levels to be a major issue. i was on the ground floor, and any time someone flushed a toilet, the noise was very loud. plus, it sounded like the people upstairs were constantly running around, and their footsteps kept me awake.

The self-check-in was simple. The manager sent clear instructions, and I arrived later than usual. Access was easy. The room decor was nice and the room was a lovely size. I had free access to WiFi.

The soundproofing was not good. I could hear a lot of noise from people on the stairs. There was also a large gap under the bedroom door.

The accommodation provides free parking on the hotel, though parking could be challenging sometimes! The building has a lovely garden and seating is available outside, where one can sit and have a drink.

I contacted the staff a couple of times, and they were pleasant and helpful. The check-in procedure was simple and the manager gave me precise directions from the train station! The staff responded promptly

Breakfast included cereal, toast, and yogurt. Guests could bring their own food and cook a full breakfast if they liked! The communal kitchen allowed guests to prepare meals.

the kitchen had plenty in the fridges for breakfast it's good.

the sound proofing was really bad. i heard lots noise from the stairs all night. the bedroom door had a big gap, i think unsafe for fire. i wont go back, its hopeless.
