the bed was comfortable. it ensure i got my full eight hours of sleep. i also enjoy a good breakfast. the friendly lady at the reception allow me some extra time so i could take a swim before heading back.

the rooms are very grand but lack basic amenities. it includes an iron or coffee making facilities. there isn't a full length mirror. i wont be back.

really good stay at a fantastic hotel

central location attentive staff marble bathrooms comfortable beds

The location is central. I walked to many museums and restaurants nearby. the hotel upgraded my room immediately because of a minor issue with the heater. i enjoyed the great service from the attentive staff throughout my stay. the marble bathrooms were just beautiful. The beds were cuddly and comfortable.

The beverage selection was somewhat limited. The bar advertised on the website was closed for several weeks.

i stayed in this amazing place! the staff really cares about making your stay great. i really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the city center, it made getting around very easy. the restaurant has earned its reputation for being special (the pasta was exquisite!).

I appreciated the staff being consistently friendly and helpful. The Principe Bar was a highlight, offering amazing drinks in a great atmosphere. The hotel provided luxury , with great service .

The internet in the room was slow and sometimes unreliable. It made streaming to the television difficult.
