The hotel connected directly to the terminal. It was convenient after a long flight! the room size was generous, and i found the bed very comfortable, so i rested well. the staff were attentive, ensuring i had everything i needed.
The air conditioning was difficult to adjust. I had to call reception to lower the temperature which was a bit inconvenient though they were responsive.

The hotel staff seemed helpful and quick to address any questions i had about facilities. This included directions and available amenities. the check-in was efficient and staff members were always available at the front desk. the service was attentive and professional.

I had an early flight. The location directly inside Terminal 1 was a significant advantage. The front desk staff were efficient and pleasant during check-in. My room was clean and modern, also the soundproofing ensured a quiet night, it was very good.
The hotel didn't automatically email me the receipt (I had to request it).

i appreciated the easy access to terminal 1. the room was very big. it included two sitting chairs, it was a beautiful twin room. the hamburger at the restaurant was excellent, i ordered it there.
the indoor noise from pipes was a LITTLE loud.

The breakfast selection was quite amazing. It included a number of gluten-free items. The hotel also has a nice restaurant. It offers a variety of cuisine.
The glasses in my room had not been replenished when I checked in! The pillows were beautifully comfortable, though dreadful.

the gym provides equipment i wanted. the breakfast was good and had enough choices for all tastes. the proximity to the airport where excellent, i did not had to take any shuttle bus.
the carpet have a stain. the air conditioning make noises. the receptionist was not attentive enough and do not make eye contact, it bothered me a little.
