The reception felt understaffed. there were long waits to ask simple questions. I had to pay extra for it. the driver and check-in staff did not seem cute either.

the room included a fantastic shower. i found breakfast had a very good selection. the food was good. the communal space was nice and neat. the room was lovely and spacious with big ceilings.

the hotel isn't within walking distance of the airport. i had to pay extra for a shuttle. mobile data and wifi reception was very poor.
