an amazing stay!

great rooms environmental protection active role

the rooms, facilities, food, and service were amazing. they protect the environment through the dive centre and coral discovery centre. i appreciate their active roles. they restore the local reefs. it was a great experience. i was grateful.

the breakfast choice was extensive. it catered to everyone's needs. the food was AMAZING!!! the quality was very good. i especially enjoyed sekoci, a restaurant on the premises.

the resort has access to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. the pools were excellent. there were three different pools, including an adult-only option. the beach and pools offer a relaxing atmosphere.

The staff was helpful. The room was clean.

The buggy service was slow. I often waited over 20 minutes. Hotel charged an exorbitant price for bottled water. The room was not properly cleaned. There was persistent sand.

buggy delays limited vegetarian options

I encountered issues with buggy service. A 50-minute wait for luggage assistance after multiple calls is unacceptable. Vegetarian options at the buffet dinners were scarce, so I had to dine elsewhere. The lack of vegetarian choices extended to lunch, with items often unavailable. The beaches closest to the resort are subpar. Long Beach is a better option.
