villa design attentive staff mineral pool damp smell inconvenient location bad food
i felt such peace here the villa design used local materials it felt so eco-friendly the staff were attentive and young i loved the mineral pool it blended with nature so well
the room had a strong smell of dampness i reminded me of my clothes were getting damp too the hotel is quite far from everything shuttle only runs once a day i was disappointed in the european dishes the burger and pizza were not good

storm affecting ineffective staff
the pool was quite large and deep, ranging from 1.4 to 2 meters.
the staff was not effective at resolving issues. i stayed for four days during a storm. staff indicated the hotel wasn't working properly. boat rides did not occur. there were no shows or classes. i could not access the spa or jacuzzi. even the free shuttles to ao nang were not free (i had expected them to be free).

delicious choices comfortable bed
The pool was gorgeous and very large. I found the breakfast buffet offered many delicious choices, I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. The hotel provides shuttle service to Railay. This was very convenient. The room was very tidy and the bed felt comfortable.

peaceful lagoon villa experience
amazing view huge pool area moped hire
The villa had an amazing view. the pool area was huge, a perfect spot to cool off. i liked the coffee shop near the rice fields. It seemed beautiful. i found it easy to hire a moped from the site. This increased options for exploring.
the resort does not sell alcohol beverages.

the resort has invested in making it look like a tropical lagoon. the pool is huge and has a perfect temperature for warm days. i saw the availability of a free transfer to railay beach.

The restaurant had later opening hours. It made sorting out the day around peak heat more manageable. the food in the cafe is amazing. i saw reasonably priced food in the restaurant.

The staff were lovely and friendly. i found the free transfer to railay beach very convenient. the hotel offers flexible transport service. I was just one call away from transport.

comfy bed water verandah mineral swimming pool
the premium water villa had an amazing comfy bed. our verandah on the water was also lovely. daily free bottled water was very nice. the mineral 65m swimming pool was excellent.
the pond had lots of pond weed.
