i found a couple of things lacking. the fitness center was quite small. it only had a few pieces of equipment. there also wasn't enough variety in the breakfast buffet. the same items looked daily. a little more change would be welcome! also, the evening entertainment felt a bit repetitive.

The location of my room was not ideal. it was quite a distance from the main pool and beach area. this made it inconvenient to quickly access these amenities. the coffee-making facilities in the room felt very basic for a hotel of this supposed standard. the shower also lacked the quality one expects. The plastic rose delivered a weak flow.

the staff was very attentive and happy. everything was provided for me. i particularly appreciated the beautiful garden area near the beach. the gardener and front office staff were friendly and always willing to assist.

the hotel is located a bit far from markets. this made it slightly inconvenient for exploring local areas.

Really good Stay with Attentive Service

The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The staff, so nothing was too much to ask. The pool team was friendly. Autumn helped us understand the local culture and foods to try. I felt relaxed and enjoyed every minute. The area is quiet so it is great to get away from it all.

The hotel is a significant drive from the market where many bars and restaurants are. A few restaurants and bars are a short walk along the beach , but these close relatively early. This made accessing off-site dining and entertainment somewhat inconvenient.

The staff were consistently friendly , competent, and helpful. They always greeted guests with a smile and were quick to offer assistance. Staff members are dedicated to ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
