wonderful hillside retreat

The room was very clean, and i appreciated the daily maintenance. the views were quite nice, especially the sea view. the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service to take guests to patong at scheduled times. It proved quite useful! i enjoyed having my own pool in the villa, and the main community pool was also excellent.
the location is on a steep hill, made accessing surrounding areas somewhat difficult!

the free shuttle to the beach was convenient. it saved on transport costs.
The room i got initially wasn't what i booked. It was quite a hassle to change it. during my stay, there were many ants in the room. housekeeping did clean, but it was still unpleasant. at check-out, the hotel tried to charge me for a drink i already paid for. This was eventually resolved, but it was disorganized.

the location was beautiful, and the resort provided shuttle service to town. my room was very private and quiet. i had a beautiful pool access sea view room, it was gorgeous. the staff members were friendly, and they quickly brought more water to my room upon request. i was so thankful for the rooftop bar, it have an amazing view.

the staff was very professional and cute. reception staff such as mochi, maple, kukiki and delan, jung were helpful and kind. whenever i called reception, someone answered quickly and helped me immediately. the personal trainers in the gym was super friendly also.

My room, a beautiful seaview, had a great view and it was very clean. the air conditioning was already on when i arrived, so the room was cool. the resort offers a shuttle service to town, which i found convenient. i also liked that golf carts were available to avoid walking up the steep driveway. It was very useful!

The hotel is away from the bustle, therefore the serenity is great. it's near one of thailand's beaches. Freedom beach is a short distance. the hotel provides free transfers to the beach several times a day.
