The room was quite clean, and the washing machine was a definite plus. This is one of the best places to stay, and it offered great value. I was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite.

The room was not cleaned properly when I checked in. I found stains on the sofa and the floor.

The room had plenty of hot water and a very good shower. The Internet was fast and reliable. Breakfast offered a good choice of food. The hotel is located right across from a mall.

There were no power points near any of the mirrors in the room, so grooming was inconvenient. It would be great if this could be addressed for future stays. I recommend the hotel.

Mr. Kook, Ms. Kartoon, Ms. Naw Naw, and Ms. Beau were fantastic, providing great service and a warm, cute attitude. The bell boys Chart and M were excellent, ensuring smooth experiences from arrival. I found staff responsiveness high.

I found the breakfast selection broad. The hotel's location across from Central Mall made dining very convenient. The hotel's breakfast included both western and Thai options that were available each morning.
