ideal location modern amenities helpful staff wonderful view

The location was ideal. It was within easy reach of many attractions. The room was very clean, and the amenities were modern. I found the staff helpful and always available. The infinity pool offered wonderful views!

The elevator service was a bit slow during peak hours.

excellent support warm service attentive nature

ms. beau provided excellent support . she remained attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay. her warm service. i appreciate that she ensured i had everything i needed.

the beautiful king room sea view featured comfortable beds. it had ample storage space. the room provided beautiful views of the sea, a wonderful sight to wake up to each morning.

the rooftop pool was luxurious, and i found it relaxing. the lifts were modern and efficient, a small detail , made navigation so much smoother. the hotel lobby had a beautiful design and felt elegant, setting the tone perfectly.

cold food poor ambience

The breakfast was really quite bad. i paid extra for it and only used it the first day. It was the worst hotel breakfast i have experienced. food was cold and lacked variety. the total ambience of the breakfast area was poor.

The room was quite clean, and the washing machine was a definite plus. This is one of the best places to stay, and it offered great value. I was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite.

The room was not cleaned properly when I checked in. I found stains on the sofa and the floor.

Excellent Hotel with Great Amenities

hot water good shower

The room had plenty of hot water and a very good shower. The Internet was fast and reliable. Breakfast offered a good choice of food. The hotel is located right across from a mall.

There were no power points near any of the mirrors in the room, so grooming was inconvenient. It would be great if this could be addressed for future stays. I recommend the hotel.

Mr. Kook, Ms. Kartoon, Ms. Naw Naw, and Ms. Beau were fantastic, providing great service and a warm, cute attitude. The bell boys Chart and M were excellent, ensuring smooth experiences from arrival. I found staff responsiveness high.

I found the breakfast selection broad. The hotel's location across from Central Mall made dining very convenient. The hotel's breakfast included both western and Thai options that were available each morning.
