The free shuttle bus was very convenient. The breakfast had a very good choice and I liked this service. The staff are friendly and helpful and were very kind.
The pool had no shaded area. The water was warm because of the hot sun all day. I was like I jumped in a warm bath. The gym had no air-conditioning and I could not use the gym because it was too hot.

the gym equipment seemed worn, several machines showed signs of overuse. also, the soundproofing was not sufficient i heard street noise at almost all hours. the constant traffic disrupted my sleep each night. i expected a quieter room given the hotel's supposed caliber. this issue needs resolving to improve guest experience

the shuttle service option was acceptable.
The first room was far too noisy because of the road. i paid a small upgrade to change rooms. This room smelled very strongly of damp. even with the air con on, it didn't get rid of the smell.

The room was noisy. Traffic sounds were really noticeable. also, the air conditioning was weak, so the room felt uncomfortably warm at night. i also found the breakfast options quite limited. The selection seemed stingy.

Airport Convenience and FANTASTIC Service!

The early check-in was a LIFESAVER. I requested it and being able to get into my room for those eight hours during my layover made ALL the difference. I will recommend this place FOR SURE, and will stay again.
Requesting the shuttle was a little confusing. I had some trouble understanding the person on the phone, due to either their accent or a bad connection.
