The room had direct access to the pool. It was quite convenient. Staff members were very friendly. I appreciated the free shuttle service into town several times a day. Free parking was available. This was a big help.

I noticed a slight lack of privacy on the terrace between rooms.. I could hear my neighbors sometimes.

the entire staff greeted me with warmth , providing prompt assistance whenever needed. my room was spacious and immaculate . the free shuttle service to the town proved useful , saving on transportation costs. i also found the reasonably priced taxi service to be reliable and efficient.

i encountered an issue with the bathroom drainage , where the water in the shower accumulated rather slowly. it took a considerable amount of time for the water to fully drain away after each shower.

The air conditioning struggled to cool the room adequately. It never dropped below 25c. bugs were present in the room. i also found the terrace floor to be quite slippery. i slipped and injured my back. Staff showed little concern.
