personal touch sublime buffet

i adored the sublime breakfast buffet it had so much variety each morning the bed was very comfortable i slept like a baby each night all staff from the kitchen to the spa were professional polite and hardworking. the welcome message with the care package was a lovely personal touch

excellent classes muay thai wrong ingredients checking issue

The gym was very nice. The variety of classes offered was excellent too. I was glad to see that they have now added a Muay Thai programme. The obstacle course was a nice addition.

I experienced a few issues with the food. The service wasn't great either. There were wrong ingredients used and some issues with checking in.

i appreciated the modern minimalist wellness facilities it includes yoga spaces a gym and a spa. the swimming pool was clean and surrounded by plants. the food offered was healthy and organic sourced directly from a local farm. the staff consistently proved friendly and attended to my needs efficiently.

the location is somewhat remote it is advisable to arrange transportation in advance for convenient access to nearby attractions and i thought that could be improved.

the resort facilities are fantastic. i found the online concierge service excellent, providing prompt and helpful assistance. it really enhanced my stay, addressing every question swiftly.

i asked for a pool view, but it wasn't a pool view at all. it was a little disappointing, as i was really looking forward to that specific aspect. a more accurate description is needed.

well-equipped gym ample loungers local cuisine mosquito problem isolated location long walk

the gym was very well equipped it had everything i needed for my workouts. the pools were a great size and there were plenty of loungers available. i also found a fun local restaurant nearby called 'the roof' it served authentic local cuisine.

the room was full of mosquitoes all the time even though there were mosquito sprays in the room. the hotel location felt isolated there weren't many attractive places nearby. also i had to walk a long distance from my room to collect food deliveries.
