The all-inclusive package felt quite restrictive. we were limited to drinks only from the pool bar. The other bar was off-limits. the food was the same limited menu daily for lunch and dinner, it became tiresome quickly. you also had to carry and show the all-inclusive card every time you ordered, staff even took pictures of it (i found this odd).

the room included complimentary shower gels and shampoo. breakfast had expected variety for a hotel like this. SANDY beach NEARBY had lovely high waves, so it was very fun to go in.

i thought the breakfast buffet was delicious and offered great variety, we started our days so well! the staff were friendly and always ready to help, i felt well taken care of. the pool area was great and its proximity to the beach, it was easy to relax and have fun.
The gym could be bigger. it was okay but felt limited. the layout of the hotel is confusing. I struggled to navigate at first. also, there are a lot of stairs. Moving around with luggage was a challenge

the rooms are kept clean. buildings are maintained well. i found the staff friendly and helpful, especially at the pool bar. there were various room types.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and modern.
The air conditioning in my room was not working effectively. Even on the lowest setting, the room temperature never went below 24 degrees celsius. i reported this to the hotel manager, but he initially dismissed my concern, claiming the thermostat was faulty and then stating that because the room faced the afternoon sun, the air conditioning couldn't cool it down enough. (i found this very frustrating)
