Acceptable, but Some Issues

The staff was friendly, appreciated (especially the breakfast staff!).

The noise level at night was high. A tribal dance performance with loud shouting occurred at 10 PM. It woke my son and frightened him. Given this is supposedly a 'family hotel,' I found it disappointing.

The hotel's location provided convenient access to the beach. I really liked the helpful security ensuring safe crossings. Breakfast had good variety, particularly the fresh fruit and vegetable juice options. I found communicating with the duty manager via WhatsApp very useful. It made handling requests and questions very easy.

I noticed that the gym had only a basic set of equipment. It could benefit from a few more machines to cater to varied workout routines.

the staff was attentive. i appreciated the daily cleaning service, it kept the room fresh. the pools were a highlight, especially the children's area. the hotel provided a relaxing environment.

The breakfast selection could be better. I found limited vegetarian options. the gym equipment was somewhat dated. it affected our sleep.

Amazing Family Vacation Spot!

great location clean beach fun playground nice splash area

The hotel's location is great. A clean beach is just across the road. A convenience store and massage services are just in front of the hotel. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the water playground so much. The splash area for adults is also nice. Lifeguards are present.

The breakfast area could get a little crowded at times, especially during peak hours.

The hotel is conveniently located with immediate access to essential services. A 7-Eleven and various restaurants are within a short walk, allowing quick access to any needs. The beach is directly accessible, being just across the street from the main entrance.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety with American, Thai, Indian, and Japanese options. Local food stalls are conveniently located right next to the hotel, providing even more tasty choices. I found the banana pancakes to be AMAZING!!!

The staff consistently displayed a friendly and helpful attitude to all guests. They were proactive in offering assistance and addressing needs promptly. The duty managers were excellent role models, interacting well with staff.
