Fantastic Family Stay

great pools adults-only pool convenient location

The hotel features multiple pools, including a great kids' pool with slides. There is also a separate adults-only pool for those seeking quiet. I found a 7-Eleven store right in front of the hotel VERY convenient. Local markets are easily accessible via the backstreet access.

The room safe was a little small.

the gym offered a fitness class i attended.

the room was not what i expected. the ceiling felt low. it was nearly my head. the breakfast seating was also a mess i dont like this detail.

Really good Hospitality and Service

multiple pools warm welcome

The hotel boasts multiple pools, a beach location approximately 100 meters away, and several dining options. These aspects were good! The staff, including Aoy, Mai, Orra, and Kwan, extended a warm welcome, bringing smiles with each encounter. I found that the hotel prioritizes guest satisfaction. It is a significant factor for consideration. I sincerely anticipate a future visit and have no inclination to consider alternative accommodations.

The resort restaurant offered delicious food. The service at the restaurant was warm. I especially want to acknowledge Kung and Jessie whose bright smiles created a happy environment. I found the variety of options met many tastes.

The staff was helpful and maintained a high level of attentiveness. Guest Manager Nutty supported our family. Her assistance with a late checkout was appreciated. Housekeeping staff member Lula consistently ensured our rooms were perfectly maintained.
