I had some frustrations . The main issue was the noise. It was quite disruptive, especially during the evenings. I also found the breakfast options repetitive, with little VARIETY throughout my stay.

The room received daily cleaning services. Hotel location is near the city center. I found staff members professional. Chef Shishir Nair from restaurant and Siddhartha at front desk provided an assistance.

The breakfast selection wasn't great. I expected more fresh, local options. The juices tasted like they came straight from a carton. the air conditioning was SOOOO loud. Even with earplugs, it was hard to sleep. The noise from the hallway also made it difficult to relax at night.

the hotel arranged a smooth airport transfer for me. breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, that included custom coffees. i found the rooftop bar perfect for sunset views. the staff was really friendly and helpful.

the air conditioning was slightly noisy in my room, so i used earplugs.

the breakfast was AMAZING. there was a large selection of items available, and i found something new each day. the room was a premier room sea view. it has a really comfortable bed i did like.

the air conditioning in my room made AN unpleasant loud noise. it was difficult to sleep even after i turned it off. the staff's english was not the best, especially the wait staff. it made it hard to communicate my needs.
