spotty wifi limited breakfast variety

The wifi was spotty, dropping frequently, especially in the evenings. it made it difficult to stream videos or even browse (i had hoped to watch a movie in the room). also, the breakfast buffet lacked variety. The same dishes looked every morning. more thai options would have been appreciated, constant wifi issues

amazing staff huge pool friendly people

i had an amazing experience here. the staff fulfilled every request i had. i was upgraded to a family villa with a huge pool and it was the best place i have ever stayed at! everyone at the hotel was so friendly.

a good phuket stay

steam sauna efficient app luxurious bedding breakfast buffet

The villa was spacious. it offered a steam sauna, a pleasant surprise. bedding felt luxurious. I found myself sleeping soundly each night. the communication app was efficient! i particularly appreciated the breakfast buffet at firefly. mimosas were offered. Eggs were cooked to order.

The location is a bit remote. This is not ideal if constant beach access is a must. it required some planning to get to the beach!

Serene and luxurious experience

attentive staff amazing view

The staff was very attentive to our needs. They fulfilled every request. We were upgraded to a Three-bedroom Pool Villa with a huge pool. The views are amazing. The hotel. It was my daughter's birthday. They decorated the room and gave a birthday cake.

Buggy drivers were friendly and helpful. They even guided us on where to visit each day. Mai in reception was very helpful and friendly. Spa services were excellent at the spa pavilion room.

The hilltop ocean view is fine and the hotel is very secluded. It feels away from the business you'd usually expect. The hotel offers complimentary shuttles to the nearby area.

Breakfast had many choices. It was nice. I tried both restaurants for dinner. The food was amazing. The resort provided unlimited bottled water, which I appreciated. Firefly restaurant was great for breakfast, though dinner options for vegetarians were limited.

The suite is very spacious with two bathrooms. Rooms were nice. Clean staff always made sure that they're cleaned perfectly. You can communicate with the reception through the app, they reply immediately. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.
