inattentive staff staff ignorance

The hotel breakfast included a variety of foods.

The staff was not always attentive. At the pool bar, the staff seemed to ignore me. This led me to visit only once perhaps management might suggest the staff smile more often.

the rooms are spacious. they are well appointed. desk staff offered great assistance, very helpful indeed. complimentary cocktails each night were available and a real treat!

Sheets didn't get changed very often. This was a slight issue.
