I loved the breakfast (especially the curries!). it had many choices. the gym was mostly empty, so i used the free weights and had no issues. the shuttle is efficient. Drop-off and pick-up times are convenient. it's free.

Really good resort experience

The staff was amazing. They found us a different room in less than a minute after we mentioned we got a room next to the kids pool. The replacement room was beautiful and huge. The breakfast offered a nice variety. Free transportation to the city center and free sport classes were available (i loved yoga).

The resort provided seclusion with mangrove forests, a river, and a private beach. Free kayaking around the local river allowed observing an elephant bathing during one of our journeys. The free shuttle bus to the city center was convenient.

The breakfast was excellent and varied (especially the pastries). My husband's gluten free diet was catered for with a separate gluten free menu for breakfast, and gluten free options for dinner. The watermelon smoothie at the on-site cafe was out of this world.

i really liked the breakfast selection.. especially the fresh fruits. the hotel staff were very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. the pool area was clean and well kept. the gym had a good range of equipment for a decent workout.

the wi-fi connection was quite unstable at times. it constantly disconnected, frustrating when trying to browse or stream. the location is a bit remote, so getting to nearby attractions required taxis all the time. i found the prices for services at the hotel to be quite high compared to outside options.
