the resort offered a convenient free shuttle service to town. the swimming pool looked inviting and the water was clean. i liked that the hotel provided electric mosquito rackets in the rooms. also, the staff was polite and helpful, especially at reception.
The monkeys were a constant presence. they made it difficult to enjoy the balcony. I could not relax there.

i loved the scenery and the calm vibe there. the staff was really helpful with everything, even setting up a breakfast bag for my tours. the shuttle into town was very convenient! the kayaking on the lake was a bonus and i thought the resort was super.
The beds were not the most comfortable. the pillows were quite thin. So sleep was difficult!

The restaurant provided fair prices until 11 pm! breakfast was average. Though they made a breakfast bag for tours if requested the day before. i found a great selection of items.

the pool area included a separate pool for kids. i used the ping pong table! kayaking on the lake was available too. i was able to watch elephants bathe in the nearby river.

The resort provides a shuttle bus into town! the drive to central ao nang took about 10 minutes. the hotel is located near an elephant sanctuary. So it is easy to see elephants.

This lakeside location featured many appealing aspects. Staff swiftly arranged transportation to the night market. The resort offered complimentary kayaks for lake exploration, a real treat. I noticed a convenient shuttle service provided easy access to town, it departed several times daily.
I did find the lack of air conditioning in the bathroom quite difficult. Daytime use was particularly unpleasant. this area became unbearably hot!

The rooms were very clean cleaners came every day. I saw monkeys visit the balcony often which was fun. The free shuttle bus to the beach was useful. Breakfast had good variety.

the resort shuttle into town was very helpful. i found the rooms very clean. the staff were very helpful as well! they had regular free shuttles into ao nang.
The window was broken and it never got fixed. This posed a security risk.
