i found the gym to be well-equipped. it featured various equipment for a solid workout. they also provided bikes, a nice option to explore the resort (i took advantage of that). the food and drinks presented well.

i found the air conditioning to be too strong. even on the lowest setting, it felt quite intense. mosquitos were an issue, particularly with the open bathroom design (it was a bit annoying). it seemed they could easily enter the room.

The beach was AMAZING!!! The rooms have large private outdoor terraces. I found it lovely that the resort had good vibes, especially if you prefer to stay in the hotel. The hotel also provided complimentary cycles.

The breakfast lacked variety. I think the hotel needs to improve in this regard. The hotel is far from everything, a location consideration for those who want to visit attractions.

the room had a outdoor tub, and the hotel provided welcome drinks upon arrival.

i found the service slow and somewhat unprofessional. there was a fee just to cut fruit. this felt more like a hostel than a luxury hotel with private villas, it's disappointing given the prices.

immaculate experience!

beautiful hotel personal touch

the hotel looks very beautiful and the staff give you personal attention. i stayed in a pool villa for one week and upon arrival, there was a very nice welcome drink. housekeeping forgot to clean the outside floor after i moved to a new villa, but they came back and cleaned it after. the room was cleaned every day and the pillows feel very comfy.

i booked a suite with an outdoor bath and a double sun bed but i could not use it. outside each block, there was a huge bank of noisy air conditioning units. it was not pleasant to sit outside the main room, and this was the same throughout the resort.

the resort offers two large swimming pools and a kids' pool. complimentary bike rentals are available to explore the area. the beach is great to relax on. the spa provides a professional thai massage.

the breakfast was excellent, and it has a lot of variety. the restaurant serves great food. there is one nearby cafe outside the hotel at the beach. consider downloading the app for happy hour and buy-one-get-two deals.

the staff are very friendly and accommodating. management is understanding and reception is always helpful. the buggy service to the lobby works efficiently. the staff cleans the rooms daily and provides a turndown service at night.
