friendly staff pool access limited options missing amenities

The staff were really friendly, and they did helped us with transport from the pier. Breakfast combined Asian and European options and they were diverse. Each room has access to the pool, and I found it clean. The bed were very comfortable and big.

I was sad the hotel felt a little old, it wasn't quite a 5 star. I noticed some amenities were missing in my room, for example, I could not find hair conditioner.

i liked the direct beach access from the resort. the employees helped us with transportation to the pier. the breakfast had asian and european options.

The check in process was very slow. It took almost an hour. the stairs to the pool were a bit dangerous.

pool access spacious room buffet breakfast beach location

the room was spacious and comfortable. i really liked having pool access right from the balcony. It was super convenient. the buffet breakfast had a lot of variety. the location was perfect, directly on the beach.

the only minor issue was that i noticed some wear and tear in some common areas.

the hotel gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the kids' playroom offered a variety of toys and games for children. i saw beautiful plants throughout the resort and in the pool area.

Amazing Pool Access and Sunset Views!!!

The location is superb with direct beach access. The staff helped greatly with transportation to and from the pier. The breakfast had a diverse selection of Asian and European foods. Each room has convenient access to the pool, kept clean and well maintained.

The staff was friendly and provided great assistance, especially with transportation. They were also helpful with adjustments to our reservation. Housekeeping was very helpful and kind. I was impressed by the superb support!!!

The pool area was really nice and clean, easily accessible from the rooms with a maximum depth of 1.24m. The hotel kept the beach clean and provided plenty of shade and loungers for relaxation. It was AMAZING!!!
