The air conditioning was quite noisy. the controls did not work well. It was difficult to regulate the temperature. the room showed its age with cracks throughout the space.

I admire the breakfast boat. It arrives with the food. I remember it seemed tender. The pool access room was also nice. It brought such calm for me.

The air conditioning was quite loud. I noticed only three settings. The controls seemed old to me. The bed also felt too firm.

staff was very helpful. they fixed issues quick. jasmine bushes are lovely. the room was clean. bottled water was left everyday. the room has sun loungers. i got a nice welcome from the reception staff.

i think the pool needs some maintenance.

The staff were indeed friendly. I liked the room service and the innovative food delivery using a boat, it was quite unique. happy hour at the swim-up bar was a welcome addition.

The air conditioning was NOISY and hard to control. I had to ask for toilet roll, which should be standard. There was no information available in the complex indicating where facilities were located.
