unreliable air conditioning limited room facilities

The air conditioning was a constant battle I never won. It would swing from freezing to barely functional with no middle ground. Showers were equally temperamental. One moment, I was being scalded the next, I was bracing for an ice age it was quite a workout. My room claimed to accommodate three guests though only two could comfortably lounge by the pool. A board under a wafer-thin mattress hardly qualifies as hospitality.

wonderful stay at an awesome hotel

helpful staff jasmine bushes sun loungers

staff was very helpful. they fixed issues quick. jasmine bushes are lovely. the room was clean. bottled water was left everyday. the room has sun loungers. i got a nice welcome from the reception staff.

i think the pool needs some maintenance.

the hotel is near convenience stores. i walked to a 7-eleven nearby. it was easy to get everyday products. the area had bars and restaurants. they were accessible by walk.

mostly decent place to be

lovely greenery peaceful setting cigarette butts hard sunbeds

the greenery was lovely around resort. it felt mostly peaceful here. the location worked well for me. everything was nearby when i need it.

the cleaning felt off here. i saw cigarette butts around the pool often. the sunbeds felt to hard for me to relax completely.

Decent stay with minor drawbacks

friendly staff room service swim-up bar noisy air conditioning toilet roll complex information

The staff were indeed friendly. I liked the room service and the innovative food delivery using a boat, it was quite unique. happy hour at the swim-up bar was a welcome addition.

The air conditioning was NOISY and hard to control. I had to ask for toilet roll, which should be standard. There was no information available in the complex indicating where facilities were located.
