Really good stay

helpful staff high standard excellent breakfast

The staff was warm and helpful in all areas. All team members seemed to be trained to a very high standard. The food was first class. I cannot recommend a stay here strongly enough. We found the all-day breakfast option useful, especially with fresh ingredients..

The hotel is surrounded by a large fence. It faces the backyards of neighboring hotels, visible when walking to the rooms. I think that some green bushes would solve this issue.

I found the gardens fine with their beautiful water features. my spacious room felt secluded and tranquil. i thoroughly enjoyed a cooking experience with chef beam, including a local market visit. i also took a boat trip to the similan islands. The staff were amazing.

i thought the drink prices at the hotel were quite high.

The hotel offers a range of very well-thought-out dishes. a full breakfast of my choice was prepared freshly from a huge menu. Juice teas coffee and sparkling wine were some of the options. i enjoyed the thai bar and restaurant beach side where the food was out of this world!

The staff really cared about my experience and went the extra mile at every opportunity. after a couple of days, it seemed every staff member knew my name. i was always greeted with a smile. The operations manager, kade, and everyone at the hotel were fantastic.

The complex includes villas arranged to maintain privacy and aesthetic appeal. well kept and well kept. the beach section has enough loungers. Employees set them up, cover them and offer water. fresh water showers are available after swimming in the sea!

My residence offered privacy and comfort. the staff kept everything very clean and catered to more than my every need. the rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. The turn-down service in the evening was a plus. i had my own private pool. attached to my residence.

excellent amenities superb breakfast lovely cocktail bar beautiful setting

i stayed in a jacuzzi pool suite it featured excellent amenities i liked the superb breakfast it had a wide range of choices i also enjoyed the lovely cocktail bar on the beach the setting was very beautiful it offered a perfect ending to each day

the hotel is overall very well kept i noticed slight wear and tear on some furniture pieces this did not significantly affect my stay though the excellent service made up for it

excellent evening attentive staff fantastic residence rough boat uncomfortable seating expensive excursion

The staff really were really nice. the food in both the edge restaurant and ficus was great (i loved ficus!). we had a pool residence which was fantastic. we were lucky enough to go to the krathong festival. From food to entertainment, it was a thoroughly excellent evening.

it is expensive but good service, cleanliness, good facilities and well kept grounds are not inexpensive. i booked the hotels excursion for two to "james bond island" for a not insignificant fee. however, on the appointed date, i arrived at reception and was presented with a disclaimer for signature exonerating the hotel from any liability arising. the boat used was rough and ready and uncomfortable with seating on bare planks.
