direct pool access room space premises accessibility
The room matched the online description. I appreciated the direct pool access. The room provided ample space for my family. Accessibility throughout the premises was convenient.
Mosquitoes were present in the room at times so I requested a mosquito repellent mat.

a mixed experience, some issues observed
poor greeting unsuitable bed
the breakfast offered a broad selection, with varied options.
The initial greeting was subpar. Staff seemed uninterested and gave brief responses. our room was not what we expected, it faced the restaurant and the extra bed provided was not suitable for use. the customer service i received when addressing this issue was disappointing, with no real attempt to resolve the matter unless i paid extra.

an adequate stay, but some issues found
understaffed bar french focus
the breakfast was good and offered a wide selection of food.
The all-inclusive package is not worth the price, i think. there were insufficient bars, i saw chronic understaffing, and i waited in queues often. also, the resort seems to cater primarily to french-speaking tourists. This.
