missing shelves shaded glass
the breakfast offered a good variety of choices .
Our room lacked shelves inside the closet. Therefore, clothes were placed on a bench. the bathroom had a shaded glass window so light from the bathroom disturbed the bedroom at night. i did not appreciate this design.

lovely pool spacious room
I loved the slide in the main pool. My daughters enjoyed it so much. the rooms are clean and spacious with extras like slippers and dressing gowns. it was thoughtful.

pool access awesome breakfast family wing dirty glasses superficial cleaning cleaning trolley
I enjoyed the room upgrade in the family wing. It was right by the pool and close to the kids club. The breakfast was fantastic with thoughtful touches such as orange and cinnamon water.
A cleaning trolley was parked outside MY room for the entire stay. Dirty glasses remained on the balcony for days. Room cleaning was superficial. Beds were made, but floors remained filthy.
