wonderful amenities
nice gym central location spacious room
i found the gym very nice and i used the pool often. the hotel had a great location near downtown markets and it was a short walk. my room was spacious it was clean and tidy.
reception staff were sometimes less helpful at arranging an international phone call.

the room was spacious with a clean setup. i found the bed really comfy . the swimming pool was a good size for swimming laps. breakfast at the rooftop restaurant provided great food options.

varied breakfast efficient service superb location unhelpful staff dirty elevator dated furniture
the breakfast buffet offered many options. i especially liked the thai dishes (.. ) it was a great way to start the day. our room was very clean and spacious. the housekeeping service was prompt and efficient. the location was excellent, close to many shops and restaurants.
the staff at reception seemed uninterested in assisting guests. i asked about local tours and received vague responses. the elevator had some dirt and marks on the walls. i saw these issues repeatedly . the furniture looked dated, some pieces showed wear and tear.

a satisfactory stay
spacious room comfortable bed rooftop restaurant slow check-in pool surroundings inconvenient towel
the hotel rooms were quite spacious. i found the bed to be very comfortable. the rooftop restaurant provided a nice view during breakfast.
the check-in process seemed a bit slow. i noticed the pool area lacked some greenery. also, the gym towel service was located inside the gym itself.
