fantastic stay

friendly staff spacious room excellent food relaxing pool

the food was excellent (i especially liked the thai options). the staff was friendly and helpful. i appreciated the spacious room with good amenities. the pool area was great with a fantastic bar.

the hotel is situated close to the pier, so arriving with heavy luggage was easy. reaching other beaches took approximately 10 to 15 minutes by foot, with access to dining and entertainment options.

i loved my spacious beautiful grand double room it had such a nice big bathroom too the balcony was perfect i chilled there so much the hotel staff helped me with my luggage to the boat when i left so convenient breakfast was good i wish there was more food variety

the room was so outdated it wasn't as clean as i hoped our shower head was really gross the sink also wasn't clean i did tell the reception about the shower head and sink they cleaned it but it showed they could have cleaned the room better the gym was a joke the machines barely worked and no towels were available

the room was spacious it had a pool villa. breakfast offered a good selection. staff was willing to assist and they sorted out some soft pillows. the location was close to the pier where boat trips depart to nearby islands.

The room seemed outdated. the cleanliness was not great. The shower head looked disgusting. prices felt ridiculous, especially 270 baht for a cocktail. i had to replace beach towels myself.

inviting pool area wide choice convenient location

the rooms were well maintained and the pool area looked inviting. breakfast offered a wide choice with smashed avocado available every morning. the location was convenient and provided easy access to nearby attractions. i also appreciated the friendly pool barman.

during my stay the room towels were limited to only one per person. upon checkout i was told two towels were missing and was asked to pay a fee. this was unexpected and slightly frustrating.

The pool offered great views and had a swim-up bar. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast included fresh juice and sparkling wine. The hotel also provided attractive grounds, filled with beautiful flowers and trees.

I really enjoyed the big room, it was close to the restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered many options and the staff were all helpful. The pool area was a relaxing spot to unwind, and I took advantage of the two-for-one cocktails! (The cocktails were a nice perk).
