I stayed in a Beautiful Double or Twin Room, quite spacious. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food. Everything tasted fresh. The hotel grounds are very well kept.

The resort includes a beautiful tropical garden. I saw mischievous monkeys and enjoyed magical sunsets. My room was large and the bed felt so comfortable. They provided amenities, covering every need for a relaxing vacation.

I did experience a little noise at times because of preschool children playing near the breakfast displays.

Staff at the pool bar, led by Mee, greatly enhanced my dining experience. The Nawa Thai and Watermark teams were mindful with prompt service. I found Bee and Maew to be a total asset there.

the tropical room was acceptable. the resort itself appears well kept.

The layout was definitely not for the faint of heart. our room was located way up a steep hill (i swear, i almost needed oxygen at one point). it was like i was training for a marathon just to get to breakfast. It was hard to relax with the sound of power tools buzzing all day.
