the room had plenty of space, especially the bathroom. parking was free, a big plus! i enjoyed the pool and the fitness facilities too. being so close to the airport was super convenient for my early flight!!!

i noticed a slight delay at reception because the staff were busy, but it was resolved quickly.

I was very happy with the spacious room. It featured a comfortable supper king bed. i appreciated the complimentary coffee-making facilities available. access to bilbao port and the fine coastline was surprisingly easy from the hotel. i found these perks to be good.

the receptionists seemed preoccupied. they were in conversation with each other when i arrived. i had to initiate the greeting, which wasn't the best first impression.
