excellent hotel with superb facilities

prime spotlake viewsfriendly staffhelpful staff

I found the hotel to have a prime location with lake views. everything was conveniently within walking distance! the area felt safe and full of charm. I especially liked the attention to detail throughout the hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to guide me.

the breakfast timings were a bit strict.

The suite featured great individual styling and was spacious. it had curios, pictures, and artifacts on the landing and walls. It was tastefully decorated. it included everything i needed for a comfortable stay. The room was also spotlessly clean.

The staff was very friendly at all levels. the receptionists were very polite. the hotel prepared a gluten free dessert for my celiac daughter. This was very thoughtful. the service for my massage was excellent.

Breakfast was wonderful! the quality of food is really good. There were freshly made pastries, fruit, and hot cooked dishes. the wine list was the best i have seen in years. I ate in the regio patio restaurant and the food was a delight.

There is a relaxing pool with luxurious towels and plentiful beds. downstairs the spa has an indoor pool and saunas. the lounge seating felt sumptuous. The spa area downstairs is immaculate with plunge pools. Free city bikes are available.

the location was perfect! less than five minutes to the bus station and four minutes to the market. it's three minutes to restaurants and two minutes to the lake. it is perfectly placed for ferries and the bus station.
