i experienced a minor issue with the ac, but it was resolved quickly. i did not get another room until the next day.

This hotel provides a perfect location. It is a short walk to the main rail station. The arena and main square are minutes away. loads of cafes are also close. The breakfast was great. Reyal took care of every guest there. The staff were professional and very helpful.
The air conditioning system seems dysfunctional. It either gets very cold or turns off. I had to call the front desk so they could control the AC.

The room I stayed in was huge, with a very comfy bed (i slept like a log) and really good cleanliness. The bathroom was also big and included a good shower and roll top bath. Rooms are well equipped to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

The location was strategic. The room was clean and the bed was big. Water was offered every day. People were kind.
I was not given a space in the garage. I requested it by email. The receptionist offered a public garage far away. I arrived in the middle of the night with a child. Nobody helped me with my bags.
