fine view calm atmosphere missing facilities cooler fridge

the hotel grounds were beautiful and provided fine views of the lake and mountains. the free parking was a definite plus for me. i also enjoyed how quiet and calm the atmosphere was.

my room lacked coffee or tea making facilities, which i missed. the fridge was also more of a cooler. i would have liked it colder.

the hotel location was acceptable as a short drive from town.

i found issues with the bathroom drainage it caused water to flood the floor i had to mop it up with towels after each shower the hot water ran out once i had to take a cold shower i have never experienced that before in any hotel.

lovely view lakeside path friendly staff

i enjoyed the lovely view over the lake from my room. the hotel's location offers easy access to the lakeside path. the walk to the town center is about 15 minutes, a distance i found quite manageable. staff members were friendly and very helpful when i needed information.

the restaurant was often fully booked, even for hotel residents. this made it hard to spontaneously enjoy a meal at the hotel. i would expect a better solution for hotel guests at a place like this

the breakfast buffet included a good variety of options, though not exceedingly beyond expectations. the evening restaurant offers a set menu with different options daily for 40 euros per person. drinks at the bar were well-made.

i found the room modern it had large windows overlooking the lake. breakfast included hot food with variety. the pool area had ample seating and provided nice bar service.

the hotel provided picturesque views. it was about a twenty minute walk to town. the walk followed the lake shore. ferries were easy to catch offering transportation to neighboring towns.
