The staff was helpful, addressing my queries quickly.
The room I booked, a 'Beautiful Double or Twin Room', faced an interior courtyard. The view was of a wall. The noise from what I assumed was the service area started early IN the morning. This made sleeping past 7am impossible.

the bed was very comfortable i had a walk in shower it worked well the staff were helpful they ensured all requests were met promptly
a minor detail was the limited availability of certain tv channels but it did not significantly impact my experience

the bus stop was a short walk away this was acceptable.
the restaurant closed early on a sunday evening this was not communicated beforehand. the food arrived cold after a trolley ride from the kitchen. it impacted the overall experience.

The room i stayed in was not excellent. there was a strange smell i couldn't quite place. It lingered throughout my stay. also, the breakfast buffet lacked variety. It felt repetitive each morning.

the hotel had secure parking. i liked the clean, modern interiors. the restaurant offered good options, including a pay-as-you-go breakfast.
the pool's location wasn't ideal and was often shaded. the lack of proper air conditioning in the west-facing rooms also caused discomfort.

the staff was friendly and accommodating. the reception was super helpful with directions and inquiries. the room was comfortable with many amenities i needed.
I would have appreciated umbrellas by the pool. i also wished it stayed open later. It closed at 8 pm, and it was still light out.

The hotel features a swimming pool, though shade is limited, and closing time is fairly early. This might be a downside for some. the restaurant alea is on site and offers delicious meals. We loved it!
