Really good Stay and Nice Moments!
cute staff varied selection spacious bedroom accommodating hotel
I found the staff cute and friendly. The breakfast offered a large, varied selection. The bedroom was spacious and included a great view. I enjoyed the tasting menu. It was a true delight. I also appreciated the hotel allowing me to conduct an online meeting after checking out. This was very accommodating.
I noticed the bar seemed a bit overpriced compared to other establishments nearby. A single tot cost €15.

My room provided spa access and was well-decorated. The bed felt comfortable. I appreciated the lot of light and nice views offered. There was sufficient space for my luggage and personal items, which helped keep the room tidy.

The breakfast options provided both English and French selections. I found the food AMAZING!!! The variety of choices ensured there was something for everyone, and the quality of ingredients was evident in every dish. I really enjoyed it.

The hotel has a perfect location with wonderful views of the church. It is very close to the river and the city center. The hotel offered convenient access to both religious sites and local attractions, awesome for easy exploration.

Subpar stay. OVERPRICED.
The location was convenient. It allowed quick access to the sanctuary.
My room was disappointing. The shower had a clog. It wasn't fixed during my four-day stay. The service failed to meet expectations for the price.

moldy smell average breakfast
The air conditioning emitted a moldy smell. It was impossible to use. Black mold was visible on the bathroom exhaust vents. Breakfast seemed average at best which was a bit of a letdown considering the hotel's reputation. I did expect more. Maybe it was a bad day for the kitchen staff or maybe they just phoned it in.

mixed feelings at a five-star
poor breakfast tv issue
the breakfast was really not worth the cost. teabags were kept hidden and i had to ask for one. the tv didnt work for a day and a half, and nobody came to fix it. i dont understand how this hotel is rated five stars at all. its a huge disappointment. the bar was often unmanned.

Superb Hotel Experience
cute staff excellent food
The location is excellent, especially since it is walkable to the church. Staff are nice and cute. The food in the restaurant was excellent, with an very nice flavor.
