incorrect minibar billing costly miscommunication

The hotel's location proved convenient, with access to various parts of the city.

I encountered an issue where the minibar was incorrectly stated as included. I was later charged for items consumed due to this miscommunication, which I found frustrating after checking out.

broken floor outdated bathroom

The hotel is located near trails away from city noise, acceptable.

The room's floor was broken, a clear sign of neglect. The bathroom looked outdated. It really reminded me of stepping back into the 80s. Breakfast was not up to par as it was a buffet. I expect more when paying these prices.

Absolutely wonderful stay!

central location spacious room excellent housekeeping friendly staff

I appreciated the location. It was very central! The spacious room included balconies. Housekeeping was also excellent, keeping everything super clean . I found the staff quite friendly. They had answers for every question.

I noticed the pool was unmaintained slightly.

spacious room large balcony double sinks walk-in shower

my room was very spacious. it had a large balcony with seating. the bathroom included two sinks and a walk-in shower. housekeeping kept everything super clean!!!

the gym did not have as many machines as i expected.
